It’s that time again! Amidst an insanely busy start to the new year, I was excited to host my third Galentine’s party, and this time with my gal Katy! I love decorating, making things personal and overall fun, so this year Katy and I went over the top when it came to party planning. Everything from balloons to edible glitter in our champagne was a must – and we had the most fun bringing everything to life! Katy is insanely good at planning too.. so I felt our brains combined was double trouble in the best way possible.
Galentine’s Day is all about spreading the love with the amazing gals around you. We were happy to celebrate with local Chicago bloggers, who we are lucky enough to call friends, and treat them to all the sweets and everything pink.
The Balloons

The Party Essentials!
One brand that I continue to use for all my party planning needs is For Your Party. They can personalize ANYTHING and have so many custom design options – from the colors, fonts, materials used – you name it! Here is what we featured at the party that you will see throughout my photos below:
The CAKE!
Oh yes. We definitely had the most gorgeous cake for our Galentine’s party from Toni’s Patisserie – another Chicago staple! We had chocolate on the inside and the outside was a pink ombre cake with roses, macaroons and gold flakes on top – and yes, it tasted just as good as it looked!
The Wine and Champagne
Another brand I LOVE is One Hope because they support organizations around the WORLD to do GOOD. Not only is their Brut amazing, but their packaging is gorgeous and I will never turn down their rose. In the goodie bags we also added in a mini Brut – which comes as a case of 12. GREAT gift idea or party favor!!!

If you haven’t tried Patchology’s eye masks, I HIGHLY recommend! Meghan sold me on these and I am actually obsessed with their eye gels and flash masques, so we had to include these goodies for our favorite gals too!
GLITTER.
